Bid to implicate couple in drug case foiled

Accused sneaked into the maternity clinic and hid drugs

A case has been registered against five suspects who had allegedly implicated a man and his wife in a case of drug possession at a maternity clinic.

ASI Imtiaz Ahmed posted at the Mansoorabad Police Station filed a case which stated that the accused, Tauqeer, had been having some kind of a tussle with Fakhar Salim, who owned a maternity clinic in 203/RB Mananwala.

It was alleged that the accused, Taqeer, along with Ghulam Nabi alias Baba and Shahid, sneaked into the maternity clinic and hid drugs at the clinic.

Razia Bibi, wife of Fakhar Salim, informed the police that she had found hashish in the clinic. She told the police that the drugs were not theirs.

She told the police that the clinic had CCTV cameras, and that the police could get help from them.

Police browsed the CCTV camera footage. Upon investigation, police learnt that accused Mushtaq, Javed, Moazam Hussain and Ali Raza had kept drugs in the clinic.
