Five SC benches to hear cases next week

Five distinct benches formed to deliberate on various matters of law and justice.

ISLAMABAD:

The Supreme Court (SC) has unveiled the roster of judges who will preside over cases in next week.

Five distinct benches have been formed, each comprising a panel of esteemed judges ready to deliberate on various matters of law and justice.

The first bench, bench number one, will be led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial. Joining him on this panel will be Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Ayesha Malik.

The bench number two will consist of Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, and Justice Mussarat Hilali.
Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Mazhar Naqvi, and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar will form bench number three.

The composition of bench number four underwent a slight alteration later in the day, as Justice Aminuddin and Justice Ayesha Malik joined the bench after 11:30am.

Lastly, following the 11:30am modification, bench number five will comprise Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Mussarat Hilali.
