Crackdown: City police arrest 105 people

The Capital City police claimed to have arrested 105 people including 20 proclaimed offenders on Monday, while also seizing lethal weapons from their possession.


Following special directives of Capital City Police Officer Imtiaz Altaf, the police launched an operation against outlaws in various areas. The party, led by Operations Senior Superintendent of Police Ijaz Ahmed, raided criminal hideouts in various parts of the city.

The proclaimed offenders were identified as Yaseen, Zahoor, Shaheen Shah, Tariq Shah, Ibrahim, Aadil Shah, Abdul Khanan, Fida, Tahir, Raees, Waheed, Haleem, Taimoor, Shamshad, Jan Saeed, Chamin, Nashidudin, Ihsanullah, Taj Muhammad, Saeed Dil and Zafar.

The police also recovered two AK-47s, three rifles, 30 pistols, hundreds of cartridges and five kilograms of hashish during the raid.
