Spicing things up: 3 factories of fake chilli seized

FAISALABAD: A special team of the Food Department unearthed three factories of fake chilli and seized all the material on Friday. According to Food Department authorities, the raid took place in Abadi 224 Wazeer Khan. Food inspector Arif as well as assistant city commissioner Zaheer Anwar Jappa conducted raids on a tip-off and unearthed three factories preparing fake red chilli. The raiding team also took the materials of these factories into custody and sent chilli samples to the Food Testing Laboratory for chemical analysis and Food officials have said that they will register a case the moment the sample results are recieved.
