Street Crime: Two robbed of cell phone, cash

Police have registered a case and investigation is underway.

VEHARI: Hundreds of rupees as well as valuables were taken away from citizens in two incidents of robbery in Vehari on Friday night. Muhammad Amir was robbed of his cell phone and cash at gunpoint in Midwala Town. Amir named Allah Bukhsh and his two accomplices in an FIR registered in the case. In another robbery at Dambarwala, three unidentified armed men stopped Khalid and snatched his cash and cell phone. Police have registered a case and investigation is underway.
