Former Punjab governor Chaudhry Sarwar on Saturday switched his political affiliation to PML-Q after his meeting with the latter’s head Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.
The development comes after Sarwar held a meeting with the PML-Q chief at the latter’s residence, and discussed the political situation of the country.

Chaudhry Sarwar will hold a press conference at the Muslim League House on Sunday, March 12 at 1:00 PM and announce the future plan of action.
During the meeting, it was decided that Sawar – who will be appointed as the PML-Q chief organizer and Punjab president –will join the PML-Q, and will be given two positions in the party.
