The lawyer said that Gill has reiterated his guilt in the plea and a new case has also been registered against him.
An application will be made on the relevant forum for the cancellation of his bail, the lawyer added.
The application for the cancellation of Gill’s bail was filed by the Islamabad City magistrate.
In the petition, it was stated that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) did not properly assess the facts that Gill was accused of treason against the state as he tried to incite rebellion in the military through his statements.
In the petition, the court was requested to annul the decision of the IHC regarding the bail granted to Gill.
