Zaman says Imran Khan is the only hope of the people

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Khurram Sher Zaman said that PTI is fully prepared for local body elections in Karachi under the directives of party chief Imran Khan. “In Karachi, most candidates are participating in local body elections are from PTI. The ‘Majboor’ Qaumi Movement (MQM) is not in the race, while Pakistan Peoples Prty (PPP) is also afraid of the election as upcoming polls will break all the previous records, he said.

He said that Imran Khan is the only hope of the people. Zaman added that in future, the PTI will also form the provincial government in Sindh. Addressing a press conference at Insaaf House on Sunday, he said, “Imran Khan called me to Zaman Park yesterday and discussed the local body elections in Karachi.

“I was pleased to inform the party chief that PTI has made the most nominations in Karachi, whereas the ‘Majboor’ Qaumi Movement is not in the race as they have 52 per cent of nominations as against PTI’s 96 per cent nominations,” said Zaman.
