Ali says the combustion of natural gas produced carbon monoxide and it destroys the red cells in the blood which maintained the oxygen level.
The residents of Golimar on Saturday protested in the hardware and sanitary market area against non-supply and unannounced load shedding of natural gas.
A large number of women and children also took part in the protest. Protestors said that nonsupply of gas has added to their miseries as they are forced to buy food from restaurants which is unaffordable on a regular basis.
Angry residents also set tyres on fire which disturbed the flow of traffic. The traffic police directed the vehicles to alternative routes. A heavy contingent of police reached the spot after receiving the information and dispersed the protesters peacefully after negotiations.
