Assistant Commissioners Sufian Dilawar and Maheen Fatima sealed four marriage halls and marquees over violating the one dish act, while a marriage hall owner was fined Rs50,000.

Assistant Commissioner Sufian Dilawar inspected several marriage halls and marquees in different areas, during which a violation of one dish was observed in Sheraton City, causing it to be sealed.

A fine was also imposed on the owner of Rehmat Marriage Hall for violating the act.

AC Sambrial Maheen Fatima sealed Taj Marquee, Akbar Marriage Hall, Gulshan Marriage Hall over violating the one dish act and reported the matter to the police for registration of a case.
