KASUR:

Phoolnagar police arrested four suspected members of a robbery gang and recovered goods worth Rs3.2 million from their possession.

Police said a team conducted a raid on Tuesday and arrested four members of the gang, including its ring leader Ghulam Ali aka Kaka.

The raid team seized stolen valuables worth Rs3.2 million, including 11 motorcycles, a tractor-trolley, a rickshaw, 10 mobile phones and Rs200,000 in cash.

Police said that the accused confessed to committing over 20 robberies near Multan road and Link road.

Police have collected forensic evidence and further investigation was underway.
