LAHORE:

Commissioner Muhammad Aamir Jan has suspended Lahore Waste Management Company general manager operations, Archaeology Department assistant director of Kamran Baradari and Parks and Horticulture Authority director over poor cleanliness at Kamran Baradari.

He expressed annoyance over pathetic cleanliness situation at Kamran Baradari, including wall chalking, uncut grass, unmanaged green litter, etc, at the historic site.

During visit to Kamran Baradari and adjoining roads, he underscored the need of a joint meeting of authorities concerned to preserve, protect and enhance the picture of Lahore’s archaeological and historical places.
