Exhibition of paintings, Heritage Crafts from Rohtas Fort was on display at PNCA

A three-day photography exhibition to mark International Tourism Day concluded on Wednesday at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) with a colorful prize distribution ceremony.

A total of six cash prizes were given to the winners of the painting competition which included Ilyas Allaah Buksh, Yawer Talib, Amjad Imdad Rashdi, Abdul Baqi, Altaf Noori, Zulfiqar Ali, Muzamil Hussain Toori, Asif Hussain, and Shahbaz Ahmed.

The exhibition of paintings and Heritage Crafts from Rohtas Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site was on display at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA). Artworks showcasing collection by 13 talented artists from across the country were showcased which were made up of oil, acrylic, and watercolor mediums to promote sustainable and responsible tourism at the World Heritage Site of Rohtas Fort.

The event was organised by Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation, Sustainable Tourism Foundation Pakistan in collaboration with UNESCO Islamabad and Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, PNCA, and Serena Hotels.
