Pakistani actor Aymen Saleem and Indian diva Ananya Pandey were spotted turning eyes in Indian designer Gaurav Gupta’s sculpted gowns. We saw the carefully architectured gown for a first at Cannes 2022 when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked gorgeous in a lilac venus sculpture by the same designer.
Saleem and Pandey are both known for their acting and their millennial fashion statements — and so, of course when the two were seen dazzling in a similar Gupta ensemble, it not only grabbed the eyeballs of fashion connoisseurs but also became the talk of the town.
Saleem chose the Indian designer for the recent HUM Awards 2022 held in Canada. The Chupke Chupke actor kept her long curled hair tucked behind her hair while she flaunted her dangling diamond-studded earrings. A stark contrast to her look, she uplifted the ensemble with a brown smokey eye with heavy contour and blush and a maroon pout. To accessorise, she wore silver bracelets on each hand.

The Gehraaiyan actor wore the stunning number for a magazine shoot for BridesToday. She kept her heavily gelled hair open but tucked behind her ears. The sleek, controlled but open look complimented the flowy sculpted shape of her gown. Unlike Saleem, Pandey kept her makeup minimal with just kohl, mascara, a light stroke of orange-toned blush and a nude pink pout. To accessorise, the heavy tear-drop number, she ditched any earrings or necklaces and went for a diamond-studded ring the same shade as the dress.
