Flood relief in fata: Army-sponsored activities under way

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Army is extending its full support to manage relief activities and rehabilitate IDPs to their respective areas in Fata, said a press release of the Frontier Corps Media Cell. On the instructions of the army chief to support displaced people, the army has collected non-edible items of day-to-day use including furniture, beddings, shoes, clothing, kitchen items/utensils, toiletries/cosmetics etc for distribution. Two consignments of relief goods for the Orakzai and Kurram agencies have already been dispatched to be distributed soon.
