Two unidentified bodies found

The bodies of two un-identified persons were found  in  different  areas  of Rawalpindi, police said. An unidentified man was found dead at his home on Misriyal  Road  within  Race Course police limits.Area  residents  called  the  police  after  a  smell  emanated from the closed house.

Police said that the three-to-four-day-old body was found hanging from the ceiling of the  house.  The  police  said  that  the  unidentified  man  allegedly committed suicide after locking the house.

The body was shifted to the district headquarters hospital in Rawalpindi for medico-legal formalities. In another incident, Rescue 1122 shifted the body of an unidentified man, found on Sahaam Road, to the  hospital. 

Rescue  1122  spokesperson  said  that  the cause of death could not be ascertained.  The  body  was shifted to the hospital in the presence of the local police.Meanwhile, police arrested three suspected drug peddlers and bootleggers on Thursday and seized narcotics and liquor from their possession.

A police spokesperson said that Cantt police held Farakh Abid with 200 grams of hashish while Naseerabad police rounded up Abid Mehmood for having 520 grams of hashish. Separate cases have been registered against them.
