Crime: Four gamblers held, stake money seized

The Waris Khan police apprehended four men for gambling on the internet.

Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a house in Dhoke Elahi Bakhsh, where a man Ghalib was running a gambling den and arrested four gamblers Ghalib, Ali, Ahmed Khan and Muhammad Naeem. The police also seized stake money worth Rs14,000 cash, LCD and a monitor from their possession.
