The Sindh government is again planning to postpone the local governemnt elections on the pretext of rain because it knows very well that Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insap (PTI) will win in the elections, said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sindh Assembly Parliamentary Leader Khurram Sher Zaman.

"The situation in the province has worsened since Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) came in power, Zaman said talking to the media at the Sindh Assembly.

Rain a blessing from heaven has become a bane for the people of Sindh due to mismanagement and bad governance of PPP.

"Due to PPP, people are facing hardship in the rains. Graph of development is declining. All sectors, including education, health have been destroyed."

Zaman said rain has wreaked havoc in Sindh and people are losing their lives in floods. People in Sindh do not have food, people have lost their homes. In most of the areas in the province, including Hyderabad, Benazirabad, Sukkur, Sanghar, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Larkana, Kashmore and Jacobabad are under rain water.
