CM condoles demise of mine blast victims

Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi expressed his deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of four persons, including children, due to the detonation of an anti-tank mine in Zafarwal and sought a report from the Inspector General of Police.

The CM directed the official to investigate the detonation of anti-tank mine incident from every aspect.

CM ordered provision of best treatment facilities to the injured people in the incident.

The CM expressed his heartfelt sympathy and condolences with the heirs of the deceased.

Meanwhile, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi took notice of the murder incident of a rickshaw driver in Faisalabad and sought a report from the Inspector General of Police.

The CM directed the official to submit a report after investigating the sorrowful incident from every aspect and asserted strict legal action against the arrested accused.

He said that the accused involved in the heart-rending incident would not be able to get off scot-free.
