Sessions Judge South rejected the post-arrest bail application of six accused allegedly involved in the case of the death of a young business graduate who fell from a multi-storey building in DHA.
Adil Masood Khan died after falling from the balcony of a multi-storied building in DHA on July 31.
The police have inserted the provisions of murder in the case.
Police have mentioned before the court that marijuana and other intoxicants have been recovered from where the incident took place.
The Sessions Judge South verdict said that since the case is in the investigation stage, therefore, the accused cannot be granted bail at this point.
It was said in the verdict that the Public Prosecutor had stated the accused had left the victim on the spot and fled after the victim fell from the building, which does not prove their innocence.
The accused counsel said the six accused were friends of the victim and were implicated in a fabricated case.
A case was registered against the accused in Sahil Police Station based on the complaint of the victim's sister Warda Maqsood.
