The walls of the Committee Chowk underpass on Murree Road were also cleaned with water on the Commissioner's instructions.

According to the spokesperson, Commissioner Noorul Amin Mengal paid an urgent visit to several parts of the city on the first day of Eid to evaluate the sanitary condition.

Ten people were handed over to the police, who illegally collected skins from Bagh Sardars, Bani, and Raja Bazaar.

MD Rawalpindi Waste Management Company briefed the Commissioner on the sanitation arrangements.
