KARACHI:

During the new financial year budget session of the Sindh Assembly, a quarrel broke out between PTI member Dua Bhutto and PPP member Kulsoom Chandio. The female members got into a fistfight.

A PTI spokesperson alleged that during the clash, Kulsoom Chandio snatched Dua Bhutto's mobile phone and handed it over to Munawar Wasan, who fled the assembly hall with Bhutto's mobile phone. PTI members have decided to file a case over the attitude of PPP leaders.

Meanwhile, opposition members reached the chamber of the deputy speaker against the attitude of PPP's Kulsoom Chandio and Munawar Wasan. PTI members called on the deputy speaker and apprised him of the situation in the assembly hall.

Later, the The Aram Bagh police have recived an applicatuion to register a case of mobile snatching against PPP MPA.

PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaman, talking to the media outside the Aram Bagh Police Station said that PPP's Kulsom Chandio snatched cell phone of PTI's Dua Bhutto.

He said that it was a blatant act of theft and highhandedness and blamed PPP for promoting crime. "In a House under PPP rule, an MPA of ruling party snatched cell phone of a PTI lawmaker."

Zaman said police, subservient to the PPP government, were reluctant to register an FIR and only received an application.

Bhutto blamed the PPP MPA of harassing her and even pulling her duppatta.
