SUKKUR: Nearly a dozen political activists from the Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party and the Sindh United Party protested outside the Thul press club against target killings in Karachi on Saturday. The protestors were marching through the main streets carrying placards and chanting slogans against the government. The protest was led by STPP leaders Badhi Khoso and Amar Bhatti and SUP leader Josh Buriro. They said that the Sindh government had failed to finish target killing in Karachi which was killing a lot of people on a daily basis. “The interior minister Rehman Malik and the home minister Manzoor Wassan claim that target killers have been arrested, then why have they not been presented before the public?” they said. The protestors demanded the government to bring an end to the target killing in Karachi or step down.
