DIJKOT:

A group of alleged thieves broke into the houses of two citizens, including a doctor and a Chinese national and stole cash, gold jewelry, mobile phones and other belongings.

In the case filed by Dr Omar Farooq, a resident of Housing Colony Street 1 Samundari, it was stated that unknown suspects climbed onto the roof of the house, broke the window lock and entered the house.

They allegedly stole three and a half tolas of gold jewelry worth Rs500,000, men’s garments worth Rs10,000 and other belongings before fleeing through the roof.

Meanwhile, in the case filed by Lee Pao Beijing, a Chinese resident of Wapda City, it was stated that a group of unidentified thieves broke into the house by climbing over the wall and breaking the locks on cupboards.

They allegedly stole Rs2 million worth of items, including a DVR, cash and other items. Police registered a case and started searching for the suspected thieves.
