Officers’ promotion likely next month

Hundreds of officers to be promoted to Grade 21 and 20 in the CSB meeting

ISLAMABAD:

The government has decided to convene the Central Selection Board (CSB) for the promotion of officers to the grades 20 and 21.

In this regard, the Establishment Division has contacted the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). It expected that the CSB meeting would be held in the last week of next month.

The Establishment Division has also written a letter to the administrative secretaries concerned to prepare lists of all cadres and ex-cadre officers, by June 15.

Hundreds of officers will be promoted to Grade 21 and 20 in the CSB meeting. The prime minister will give the final approval to the promotions.
