The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered Sindh Police to produce Dua Zahra on May 30 on a petition regarding alleged kidnapping and marriage of choice.
A bench headed by Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro heard the petition.
Acting IG Sindh, Kamran Fazal, DIG CIA, SSP East, Dua Zahra's parents and others appeared in the court.
Acting IG Sindh Kamran Fazal said that we have contacted Punjab Police and it is learned that the girl has been transferred to KP.
DIG CIA said that Model Court Lahore had recorded 164 statements of the girl. We had filed appeal to ascertain the age of the girl but it was rejected.
Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro remarked that the matter is here. The case will end here. The final decision will be made here. In Sindh, there is a marriage restraint act, maybe not anywhere else. The girl has to be brought here. This is where the case will be decided.
The police report said that the location of phone was reported in Muzaffarabad. The location was traced but all the numbers were blocked yesterday. The signals were then located in Balakot. The girl is with the boy and his mother.

The court remarked that we are bound by the law. Take action against the offender.
Police officials said that we were present but the court did not give us custody. The court remarked that there was a time to take custody of the girl which you missed. Now you are chasing their mobiles. Sindh Prosecutor General sought one-week time.
Justice Agha Faisal remarked that there is not much time. You see the condition of the parents, go and find the girl now.
"Mr PG, you know we can also order the dismissal of officers. We will pass an order against the officer who fails, the court remarked.
The DIG CIA said that we are also trying our best to recover the girl through IB.
The court adjourned the hearing till May 30, ordering the production of Dua Zahra.
Later, during an informal conversation, Acting IG Sindh, Kamran Fazal said that investigation is under way and he can't say anything about it. The report will be submitted to the court. Everyone is trying. Inshallah the girl will be recovered soon. Sindh police is also in touch with Punjab Police.
After the hearing, Dua Zahra's father Mehdi Kazmi while talking to media said that IGs of three provinces together could not rescue my daughter till now. A month and eight days have passed. So far, the police are doing the paper work only. The police are not making any efforts. I will believe that the police have worked only when they bring my daughter.
