ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Thursday that Pakistan will continue its moral and diplomatic support for Kashmiris on their demand for independence. Talking to the media after a farewell party held in honour of former AJK President Raja Zulqarnain, she said that transfer of power in AJK after the recently held elections would further strengthen democratic institutions. To a question, Awan said that those wishing for an end of the PPP-led government before the completion of its constitutional term should hold local body elections in the province of Punjab.
