LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Friday dismissed the bail pleas of the four suspects in the illegal kidney transplant case. Ali Akbar, Muhammad Imran, Muhammad Abdullah and Dr Mubashar submitted through their counsel that they had been arrested on false charges. They requested Judge Hussnain Qadir Ghalloo to grant them after-arrest bails. The judge rejected the request after the prosecutor argued that the accused were part of a gang involved in illegal transplant business.
