Many police stations are being run by constables who have been posted to work as head moharrars or Writing Head Constables (WHCs) which is vivid proof of bad governance in the home district of martyred Bhutto leaders, PPI learnt on Monday.
According to details, the post of DSP ay Market Police Station is occupied by Inspector Meeran Khan Durrani who is in BPS-16 whereas the post of DSP Civil Lines is occupied by Inspector Gulzar Abro who too is in BPS-16.

Inspector Mir Imdad Talpur BPS-16 is posted as DSP Ratodero and Inspector Ihsan Buledi (BPS-16) is posted as DSP Dokri and Inspector Agha Shakeel Pathan (BPS-16) is posted as DSP Bakrani.
Similarly, politically influential constables have also been posted as WHCs at various police stations in open and daring violation of police rules. They include constable Ahmed Bux Siyal at Dhamrah police station, Rashid Ali Chandio at Lashari police station at Banguldero, Wasim Raja Soomro at Ratodero police station, Zulfiqar Jat at Garello police station, Qurban Unar at Veehar police station, Rashid Jatoi and Sadam Bhutto at Madadgar Base-I and II respectively.
