Two SHOs suspended over poor performance

Suspension over registration of fabricated cases, poor investigation, non-arrest, failing to tend to complaints

RAWALPINDI:

Two station house officers have been suspended for showing poor performance.

Rawalpindi City Police Officer Omar Saeed Malik suspends Sadiqabad police station SHO sub-inspector Muhammad Ilyas for registration fabricated cases against the citizens.

CPO also suspended SHO Gujjar Khan sub-inspector Kashif on grounds of poor investigation, non-arrest of accused and failing to tend to citizens’ complaints.

Orders for departmental action have been issued against both the SHOs while Inspector Khizar Hayat has been posted as SHO Sadiqabad and Sub-Inspector Bilawal Hussain has been deployed as SHO Gujjar Khan police station. CPO Omar Saeed Malik also visited the Rawat police station and after reviewing the record, announced to give a certificate of appreciation and reward to SHO Inspector Malikullah Yark for better performance.
