Mushk Kaleem kicks off wedding festivities with intimate bridal shower

The model is set to tie the knot on December 15

The wedding festivities of model Mushk Kaleem have officially kicked off, with the first in the line of events being an intimate bridal shower. Mushk celebrated with her nearest and dearest in a party filled with polaroids, sparklers and happy smiles.

The model shared pictures from the event on her Instagram in a post that read, “Bridal Shower spam!” Mushk was pictured cutting a cake while donning a floral wreath and a traditional ‘bride-to-be’ sash. The cake read, “Soon to be Mrs Zia,” with the model set to tie the knot with fiancé Nadir Zia this month.

The couple will be sealing the deal in a nikkah event scheduled to take place on December 15, followed by a wedding ceremony on December 17 and a reception on December 18.

Taking to Instagram to announce that she was set to tie the knot, Mushk uploaded an adorable photo with her fiance, captioning it, “Should we tell them?” coupled with a hashtag that read, “You can’t dance with us,” and “M&NZ.” The model then shared a picture of her wedding card in late November, writing, “20 days to go, Alhamdulillah.”

Mushk has modelled for several high-end brands and recently won the Best Female Model award at the 20th Lux Style Awards. She has in the past made it a point to call out colourism in Pakistan’s fashion sphere by calling out brands that edit her complexion to make it appear fairer. She has also opened up about suffering from body dysmorphia.
