A driver of a mini-truck reportedly was killed while two other passengers sustained serious injuries when a speeding mini truck rammed into a tree near Ahsaanpur Mujahidabad area in Kot Addu on Friday.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, Mazhar, a resident of Dera Ismail Khan, was on his way to Multan . During his journey, the victim’s vehicle rammed into a tree on the roadside.

As a result of the incident, he sustained serious injuries and died on the spot while another two of the road crash victims were wounded.
Initial probe suggests that the accident occurred when the driver accidentally fell asleep. Rescue officials shifted the body to a nearby hospital and informed the cops about the accident.
