‘Harassment victim’ accuses partner of blackmailing

Ayesha Akram says Rambo has been blackmailing her for the past three years

Ayesha, Akram, the victim of the Greater Iqbal Park mob harassment case, has accused her partner of blackmailing and harassment.

Akram, in a statement before the DIG investigations, alleged that Rambo accompanied by his accomplice Badshah, a resident of Rawalpindi, and others had been blackmailing her for the past three years.

She claimed they extorted Rs3 million from her.

Rambo had filmed her nude videos and would force her to hand over her half salary to him.

She continued that she was unable to give more money to Rambo so she complained to the police.

She further told the police the visit to Minar-e-Pakistan on Independence Day was none other but Rambo's plan. She could not resist otherwise he could have made her videos viral.

DIG Investigations Shariq Jamal said police have taken eight suspects including Amir Sohail alias Rambo after the statement of Ayesha Akram.

She has nominated at least 13 suspects in the case in her supplementary statement.

She also pointed fingers towards Rambo's accomplices whatever transpired on that day.
