Moved aimed at monitoring land record centres through close-circuit cameras

Punjab Finance Minister Malik Mohammad Anwar on Sunday inaugurated a cell at the Attock deputy commissioner's office to monitor land record centres through close-circuit cameras.

Briefing the minister and other officials, Attock Deputy Commissioner Imran Hamid Sheikh said that land record centres will be directly monitored through this cell, which will help in the early resolution of public complaints. He said that cameras have been installed in all centres throughout the district.

The minister and other lawmakers, including MNA Major Tahir Sadiq, MPA Malik Jamshed Altaf, interacted with the officers of different land centres and expressed their satisfaction with the performance of the cell and officials. The legislators also commended the measures taken by the district administration.

Anwar said the cell should serve as an example for the other deputy commissioners..
