Haripur police on Friday booked a man on charges of raping and blackmailing a female model.
K Raza*, a resident of Rangeela Road, Haripur, lodged a complaint with the local police that Shahensha trapped and raped her and made her nude videos to use them to blackmail her.
The 22-year-old model alleged her rapist received Rs1 million and eight tola gold jewellery from her by blackmailing and threatening her to viral her naked videos.
The complainant also told the police that Shahensha, who was also a part-time model and a photo shooter, also lied to her husband, Naqash, who divorced her eight months ago.
The model girl said that after her husband divorced her, Shehanshah tricked her to marry her and forced her to have sex with him and made nude videos.

She said that as time passed, Shahensha kept procrastinating and started blackmailing her by showing her nude videos. She said that he threatened to make the nude videos viral on social media if she did not cooperate. The model said that her alleged rapist threatened her of dire consequences if she insisted on marrying her.
Kangra police said that a case under section 376/511/291 / against the accused. Police said that raids were being carried out to arrest the accused and he will be arrested soon.
When contacted, the female model said that Shehenshah, under a well-thought-out plan, misguided her husband for eight months and got her divorced. She said that the accused later tricked her to marry and took money and jewellery from her. She appealed to the high-ups to take note of the issue and provide her justice and help her get back money and jewellery from the accused.
