Two women allegedly abducted, raped

According to police reports, suspects kept victims hostage for several days

Two women were sexually abused for several days after being abducted separately in Khurrianwala.

According to a police report, the wife of Mohammad Shehzad, a resident of Kamharpura, Lahore, who came to visit her cousin in village 68RB was abducted by Mohammad Nadeem and three others on August 1 in the evening at gunpoint.

The suspects took her to their outhouse where Nadeem raped her for several days while his two unidentified accomplices kept guard, according to the complainant.

However, the victim took advantage of darkness of the night and managed to escape.

In a statement to the police, she said that accused Nadeem had raped her at gunpoint for four days.

Meanwhile, Khalid, Sadiq and three other suspects reportedly abducted the wife of Amir Ali, a resident of the 420GB area, in their car on gunpoint while she was on her way to Tandlianwala to buy grocery from her house and took her to an unknown place where Khalid kept sexually assaulting her for eight days.

She later managed to escape and reached her husband. After getting his wife medically examined, the husband lodged a case against the nominated suspects.

Police booked the suspects under Section 376 PPC and started raids to arrest them.

In June, two women were raped at gunpoint in separate incidents in Chak Jhumra. Police registered cases and started searching for the suspects.

According to the police report, wife of Mohammad Rizwan filed a complaint stating that the suspect Waqas had informed her about a dish washing job for her.

“Later, Waqas said the marriage where I had to work had been postponed.”
