Aima Baig and Farhan Saeed are all set to come together on screen for the upcoming song, Na Cher Malanga Nu. The song, produced by Bilal Saeed and the video directed by Adnan Qazi has been making rounds on social media since the posters of the track had been released.

While a series of stills were unveiled by the artists for the much-awaited track, one particular picture caught the attention of netizens. Clad in white button-ups, khakis and leather boots, the duo gazes into each other's eyes as they pose for a scene set in the 1980s. The said scene also looked eerily similar to the popular American singer Taylor Swift's 2014 hit Wildest Dreams.

The still had so much resemblance that it prompted the director of Swift's song to comment. Responding to a tweet, the famous director wrote, "Lol cool. Hi Pakistan."

The video director of the song, Adnan Qazi, on the other hand, shared how Kahn has inspired him throughout his career and Na Cher Malanga Nu is his way of paying homage to Kahn. The local director took to Instagram and shared a piece on how he was in awe of Kahn's work.

"I remember it was September 2008 when I first heard and saw Taylor Swift's Love Story and I was in an awe of how amazing the video and the song was, at that point I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be a filmmaker but I knew if I ever will I’ll make videos like those," Qazi shared in an Instagram post, adding, "Time passed and my love and passion for her videos and music grew so much and her collaborations with Joseph Khan always inspired me a lot, it wasn’t until very recently when Farhan discussed this song with me and I told him that I would like to pay a tribute to Taylor and her videos through this particular music video."

He further shared, "Without having a moment of doubt, he and Aima put their trust in me as an artist and allowed me to do, whatever I wanted to do. Obviously, I am not claiming that I can be as good as Taylor’s video or the concept but it’s a complete honour for me to create something even as close as Wildest Dreams."

"Thank you Taylor and thank you Joseph Kahn for always, always inspiring me to become better at my craft and a better person. Thank you to these incredible artists Farhan Saeed, Aima Baig and Bilal Saeed to put their complete trust in me, and thank you to all the fans and people who love us and for unconditionally showering us with their kindness and passion."
