Three motorcyclists were killed and two others were seriously injured in traffic accidents in Dijkot on Saturday.
The injured were shifted to hospitals after initial medical aid, while police took the bodies into their custody and started searching for the drivers involved in the accidents.
In one incident, the driver of a bus of a private company showed negligence while driving near Randhawa Chowk bypass in Nishatabad area and a motorcycle carrying 20-year-old Faisal Bao, a resident of Allama Iqbal Colony, 18-year-old Mohammad Sadiq and 20-year-old Ahmed Ghulam.
As a result, the three were severely injured and were rushed to hospital by Rescue 1122 personnel where Faisal succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, a speeding car hit a motorcyclist, Murid Faqir, a resident of Rachna Town, near Satiana Road Chak 77GB Cemetery.
As a result, Faqir died on the spot, while 27-year-old Kamran, son of Gulzar Allied, who was injured in the accident, succumbed to his injuries at Allied Hospital.
Police handed over the three bodies to their families after completing necessary proceedings.
Five people including two brothers were killed while two others suffered serious injuries in Dijkot last week.
