At least four people including a woman were killed while six others sustained injuries in separate road accidents in Faisalabad on Tuesday.
A 50-year-old man was hit by an unidentified vehicle while crossing Sheikhupura Road, near Adda Johal.
He was rushed to Allied Hospital Faisalabad where he succumbed to his injuries. In addition to this, 32-year Shoaib, the son of Nawab, was killed in a vehicle collision on Chiniot Road, Faisalabad.
Moreover, 35-year-old Irfan, the son of Afzal, sustained injuries after he fell from a motorcycle on Shahkot Road.
He was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. On Satiana Road, 34-year[1]old Shakila Bibi, the wife of Ali Raza, was riding a motorcycle with her husband when she fell off the two[1]wheeler when it crossed speed-breaker.
The victim sustained a head injury. She was shifted to Allied Hospital Faisalabad where she breathed her last.

Meanwhile, a bus collided with a truck on Sheikhupura Road in the jurisdiction of Balochni police station. Reportedly, six persons sustained injuries in the road crash.
Reportedly, the passenger bus was commuting from Lahore to Faisalabad at a high speed. It crashed into the truck due to speeding.
As a result of the incident, six passengers including 55-year-old Faqir Hussain, 45-year-old Iftikhar Ahmed, Mohammad Ahmed, Mohammad Din, Mukhtar and another unidentified person were injured. A Rescue 1122 team shifted them to a hospital.
Police also reached the spot and started an investigation. Road accidents were rampant across Punjab.
According to a report shared by Rescue 1122, 1,019 persons sustained injuries in 935 road accidents during the past 24 hours across the province.
As many as 585 seriously injured people were shifted to different hospitals while 434 with minor injuries were treated at the incident site by the Rescue 1122 medical teams.
The analysis showed that 375 drivers, 28 underage drivers, 173 pedestrians, and 475 passengers were among the victims of road crashes.
The statistics showed that 274 accidents were reported in Lahore, which affected 298 persons, placing the provincial capital at top of the list, followed by 81 crashes in Faisalabad with 87 victims, and Gujranwala, at third, with 59 accidents and 58 victims.
As many as 766 motorcycles, 133 rickshaws, 109 motorcars, 42 vans, 11 buses, 32 trucks and 118 other vehicles and slow-moving carts were involved in the accidents.
