Slaves and masters

DUBAI: This is with reference to your story “Pakistan to abide by US sanctions on Iran: Gilani” (June 22). AfPak viceroy Holbrooke comes and orders his colonies to back off from a vital pipeline deal. The masters are not concerned about the gas and electricity shortage of the slaves. Pakistan cannot get cheap gas and electricity from Iran because our American masters do not approve. Much like the British Raj, the American Raj only thinks in terms of its own interests and profits.
