Salman Khan's 'Dabangg' has been recreated for 'Cartoon Network'

Chulbul Pandey's digital avatar will now be seen in an animated series.

Salman Khan fans can rejoice because the superstar has shared a promo of the animated version of his popular film Dabangg on Twitter.

The promo sees Salman’s animated avatar spreading its ‘Chulbul’ charm as a peppy song plays in the background. While sharing the video, Salman writes, “Bhaiyaji smile! Aa gaye hain Chulbul Pandey apne animated avatar mein in Dabangg – The Animated Series 31st May se, har roz 12 baje, Cartoon Network par. Thank you for being Dabangg #BeDabanggWithCartoonNetwork #CosmosMaya.”

As soon as Salman shared the news, comments started pouring in from all sides. One user wrote, "Ek number Bhai Dabangg is a cult classic, evergreen, larger than life, [filled with] hard core action, making it an all-time blockbuster. And this version for kids is a tribute to its legacy.”

Another fan added, ‘"Love You Bhai, we’re all super excited for this Dabangg Animated Series. Our most loved cop is back in an animated avatar.”

On the work front, Salman Khan was recently seen in Prabhudheva’s Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The film also starred Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda in key roles. It received mixed reviews from the audience and critics were not impressed.

Nevertheless, Salman will now be seen in Tiger 3, co-starring Katrina Kaif in the lead role. The film will also star Emraan Hashmi in the role of an antagonist. He also has Kick 2 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali in the pipeline with Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde respectively.
