An eight-year-old girl was killed in an exchange of fire between two groups over a fight between children in Jago Town area of Razaabad, Faisalabad.

Police arrested one suspect and launched an investigation.

According to reports, a fight broke out between Kashif Jutt and Rana Qaiser, a resident of Jhang Road, Jago Town, which escalated due to which both sides opened indiscriminate fire at each other, which spread fear and panic in the area.

Meanwhile, Zehra Khan’s eight-year-old daughter Ayesha died on the spot after being shot in the head while playing in the street. Razaabad police arrived at the scene late despite being informed and later took the body into custody.

They shifted the body to Allied Hospital for postmortem and arrested one suspect, Rana Qaiser. They also started search for the remaining suspects.
