Bajwa, Sarwar discuss progress on CPEC in Punjab

Sarwar said that CPEC is a testament of long-standing friendship between Pakistan and China

China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Authority Chairman Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa called on Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar to discuss progress on Pak-China collaboration projects in the province. The governor said that CPEC was a guarantor of the progressive future of Pakistan and the projects under CPEC will be completed on time. During the meeting held at the Governor House Lahore, CPEC Authority chairman apprised Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar about the ongoing projects of CPEC. Various other economic projects also came under discussion in the meeting. Talking on the occasion, Sarwar said that CPEC is a testament of long-standing friendship between Pakistan and China.
