The residents of Moski village, located in North Waziristan, have demanded of the government to recruit their men on the class four seats in Town Municipal Authority (TMA) and solve the electricity availability issue on priority.
Addressing a press conference at Peshawar Press Club the elders said that the Mir Ali Bazaar was constructed on their land and for the establishment of a hospital they also gave their land worth billion of rupees on the condition that all class four employees will be recruited from the locals.
“Despite all these assurances no one honoured the promises and 30 employees were recruited from other areas while the Mir Ali Bazaar has been given to TMA and Moski villagers were once again ignored completely,” they said, adding that Mir Ali Bazaar was constructed with billion of rupees investment in the past but during the operation was razed to the ground and their land losses, item losses and building losses were identified in a survey but the payment has not been made till date,” they charged.
