Heavy rains lash parts of K-P

Cloudy weather is expected in most parts of the province over the next 24 hours

PESHAWAR:

Torrential rains and gusty winds were recorded in most parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa since last night apart from snowfall in some places as well.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, cloudy weather is expected in most parts of the province over the next 24 hours.

However, rain-thunderstorm and light snowfall over high mountains associated with gusty winds is expected at scattered places in Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Kohistan, Torghar, Shangla, Swat, Chitral, Dir (Upper & Lower), Buner, Malakand, Bajaur, Mohmand, Mardan, Swabi, Charsadda, Nowshera, Peshawar, Khyber, Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Kurram, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, DI Khan, Tank, North and South Waziristan districts.
