Two minors ‘set house on fire’

No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident

Two minors allegedly set their own house on fire in Ichra area of Lahore on Friday. According to Rescue 1122 officials, the two minors, children of Sanaullah, a resident of Shah Jamal, were playing at their house with a matchbox. Suddenly, the house caught fire and nearby people gathered to try to extinguish it. However, their attempt to put down the fire failed and they called Rescue 1122 teams. Firefighters of the emergency service reached the spot on information and extinguished fire. No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.

Meanwhile, valuables were gutted in two other incidents of fire in the provincial capital on Friday. The first case was reported in a house near Keer Village on Bedian Road. Reportedly, fire broke out due to an explosion in an LPG cylinder. After the blast, fire spread to the house and engulfed valuables inside it. The other fire case was reported in an electronics shops at Sodiwal Stop Multan Road. Reportedly, fire broke out at Naeem Electronics.
