A man was allegedly shot dead by his son over a domestic dispute in Hafizabad district on Tuesday.
According to the police report, a boy in Syedwala village shot dead his father following a quarrel over a minor issue.
Police said that the deceased identified as Irshadullah, the son of Ghulam Muhammad Hunjra, punished his son Afzal Hunjra over some domestic issue.
Due to this conflict, in a fit of rage, the suspect opened fire on his father, killing him on the spot. The police had shifted the body to a morgue. Police also registered a case against the fleeing suspect.
