Inquiry in police encounter case complete

PESHAWAR:

The inquiry report against the former Badhaber SHO Ijaz Khan in the fake encounter case, which claimed the life of Khyber district’s policeman, has been sent to SSP Coordination Peshawar for further action as four policemen including head of the area police post have been booked and put behind bars.

All of the four accused have been booked for murder.

The deceased policeman Riaz Afridi was the father of four – three daughters and one son.
