FIR against Sohail, Arbaaz Khan for violating SOPs
The pandemic has forced every country around the globe to enforce strict travel restrictions. Likewise, India has also implemented some for those travelling in and out of its borders. Hence, it comes as no surprise that Bollywood stars, brothers Sohail and Arbaaz Khan, invited trouble while travelling recently. The latter’s son Nirvaan was allegedly accompanying the two as well.
According to Pinkvilla, an FIR has been filed against the trio for violating Covid-19 restrictions. The complaint was filed by a BMC medical officer, under Section 188 IPC under 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act. The complaint suggests the two actors and Nirvaan returned from Dubai on December 25 post which, the trio was requested to quarantine as per the law. However, they went home without following protocol. Not only that but Sohail and Arbaaz both gave false undertaking to quarantine at Bandra’s Taj Land’s End Hotel but drove home instead.
The duo, who are brothers to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, are yet to make a statement regarding the allegations.
