CDA completes patchwork on F-series roads

Apex civic authority shifts its attention to repairing roads in G-series sectors

Having completed patching up roads in the F-series sectors, the apex civic authority of the federal capital has now shifted its attention to repairing roads in the G-series sectors.

This was disclosed by Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Chief Commissioner and Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Aamir Ali Ahmed on Monday while visiting the Sector F-9 Park, Super Market, Sector F-6, Jinnah Super Market, Sector F-7, Sector F-8, Golar Interchange, Kashmir Highway, Sector F-10 and other places in the city where the authority was working.

Ahmed reviewed work undertaken to restore street lights, road carpeting, lane marking, installing kerbstones, and cleanliness.

He directed the relevant authorities to quicken the pace of work. The CDA chief further directed to improve the state of cleanliness in the city, particularly in parks and on green belts along with upgrading these public places.
